Our main goal is to provide a quality product that will satisfy our customers and yours. We guarantee that all of our livestock will arrive alive and in good condition for the first 24 hours after delivery.

    While our aqucultured livestock is much hardier than wild caught, there is still always a risk when shipping live creatures. Any DOA's must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

   We will handle every claim  on a case by case basis and credits will be given at our discression. All credits will be applied to any future orders. No refunds will be given.
