Shipping Schedule
We ship Mondays thru Thursdays for Tuesday thru Friday deliveries via Fedex Standard Overnight. Please specify on your order which day you would like the order to be shipped.

There are no box charges or packing fees for any shipment.
We send everywhere for the same rate regardless of zip code. We ship to the 48 continental states. (Sorry NO international orders).
*Livestock guarantees do not apply on any shipment not guaranteed to arrive overnight.
**Shipping charges are not covered by our livestock guarantee policy and are non-refundable.
Live Arrive Guarantee
All corals come with an arrive alive guarantee unless otherwise marked on the product info page. Our aquacultured corals are much hardier than wild caught specimens so D.O.A's are rare, but there is always a risk when shipping live animals. This guarantee is only valid with overnight shipping. Second day or priority mail packages are not covered. Only DOA's exceeding 5% of the order total will be covered by our guarantee. All Doa's must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photo images of the DOA may be required. Credits (if granted) will be applied towards future orders. No refunds will be given. Shipping charges are not included in the guarantee.
Guarantee can be voided for the following reasons
- Package is not accepted on the first delivery attempt.
- If the package is held at the delivery station and not picked up.
- Any Fedex mishandle, mistake, or delay. We are not responsible for delivery service delays or mistakes.
- No pictures are recieved of the dead animals within the guarantee period.
Credits will be applied in the following ways
- No debit to credit cards or cash back will be awarded.
- Credit amount will be minus the cost of shipping.
- If the loss was due to Fedex mistake (please see above list). Then only the price of shipping will be refunded.
- Your item will be replaced with another of the same species, or one similar on your next order. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will give you an in-store credit for the value of the coral or fish that died.
- Any credit given will not apply to any min. order totals on your next purchase.
***Credit will not be given on losses to already credited items.
