Livestock Guarantee

    Our main goal is to provide a quality product that will satisfy our customers and yours. We guarantee that all of our livestock will arrive alive and in good condition for the first 24 hours after delivery.

    While our aqucultured livestock is much hardier than wild caught, there is still always a risk when shipping live creatures. Any DOA's must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

   We will handle every claim  on a case by case basis and credits will be given at our discression. All credits will be applied to any future orders. No refunds will be given.

Wholesale pricing is available for businesses in the aquarium trade. Please fill out this short online application and our staff will promptly review and process your application. Prices shown on the site are suggested MSRP, you will not be able to view wholesale pricing until your account is approved.  Applications are normally processed within 24 hours of submission. Once you recieve the confirmation email you will be able to browse and shop our online store with wholesale pricing.

Wholesale orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays for Tuesday or Friday delivery.

We ship via USPS Expressmail or UPS Next Day Air Saver.

We only ship to the continental U.S., No international orders.
